Specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma/PTSD, and anxiety disorders. Gina has over 8 years of experience providing clinical mental health services. She is interested in working with adults and young adults who have co-morbid diagnoses and has experience working with individuals who struggle with maladaptive coping (self-harm, self-sabotage etc). Gina is committed to the Health at Every Size (HAES) principles, and collaborates with her client’s multidisciplinary team members such as psychiatrists, medical doctors and dietitians for continuity of care.
Gina believes through understanding and awareness, clients can move toward becoming their true selves and deeply experience a life worth living. She is a non-judgmental, relational therapist, who truly cares about the rapport with her clients while challenging them to push themselves!
Gina has experience working in a psychiatric PHP setting, eating disorder facility, residential program serving those with traumatic brain injuries, and an alternative school. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Suffolk University, studying Psychology and Education and Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Simmons College. She received her Level 1 and 2 EMDR training from The Center of Excellence and currently working towards EMDRIA Certification. She is also trained in Recent Traumatic Episode Protocol (R-TEP). Gina strongly believes in the practice of self-care and enjoys running outdoors, chocolate, spending time with her miniature dachshund Wally, and taking walks on the beach

Lizzie Fipphen, LCSW
Lizzie specializes in treating eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. She is especially interested in working with adolescents and families, utilizing FBT (family based treatment) whenever possible to treat eating disorders. Not many providers will provide FBT outpatient, so if this something you are interested in for your adolescent and family, please reach out! Lizzie considers herself a Health at Every Size (HAES) provider, and collaborates regularly with prescribers, dietitians, and PCPs to ensure quality of care.
Lizzie has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings and levels of care, including public schools (elementary and middle), an inpatient eating disorder unit, and most recently, an eating disorder PHP and IOP for adolescent and family treatment. Lizzie has a Bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) from Gordon College, studying sociology and psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work with a Children, Youth, and Families Concentration from Boston College School of Social Work. She also earned a certificate in Trauma Studies at BCSSW. In her free time, Lizzie enjoys reading, going on long walks, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying the sunshine at the beach.

Jenna Hickey, LICSW
Jenna is a Boston-based therapist, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Jenna’s eclectic and humanistic approach is focused on the mind-body connection through intentional mindfulness. She is passionate about partnering with clients to empower their exploration and self-determined growth in recovery.
Prior to joining the team at Flourish Therapy Center, Jenna has worked in inpatient, residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care, treating a multitude of different populations, ranging from young adolescents to older adults. Her treatment experience includes mood disorders, substance use, psychotic disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. In recent years, Jenna has centralized her career within eating disorder treatment settings, where she specializes in body image and identity work. Outside of her work, Jenna enjoys being by the beach, cooking new recipes, and mindful movement through yoga.
Jenna received her Masters in Social Work from Columbia University in advanced clinical practice within health, mental health, and disabilities. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business Studies from Providence College.

Natalie Brown, LCSW
Natalie is a Boston-based therapist, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and body image. She is interested in working with young adults and adolescents who have co-morbid diagnoses and has experience working with individuals who struggle with depression and anxiety. Natalie is committed to collaborating with her clients to create the best treatment plan to aid their steps to their best self.
Natalie has experience working in a PHP setting, eating disorder facility, and a residential program serving veterans dealing with homelessness, unemployment, and substance use disorders. She received a Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio University, studying Strategic Communications, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. Natalie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts and a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys reading, challenging herself with a good puzzle, exploring historical sites around Boston, and listening to Taylor Swift.
